The Berlin Police Department would like to remind the entire BHS community of several laws regarding School Bus Warning Lights. You may NOT pass a school bus with its Red Flashing Lights On - even when this bus is waiting at the curb in the BHS Parking Lot. This is for student safety and is a State Law. Violators may be ticketed and face significant fines for passing the busses in our parking lot while the Red Lights are flashing. In addition, you may not pass the bus in either direction and you must stop at least 10 feet behind or before the bus with its Red Lights Flashing.
